FWCDS prides itself on providing opportunities for our students to excel in academics, athletics and the fine arts. Indeed, the Country Day environment is competitive and encourages students to set very high goals for themselves.
Our school profile provides information that allows college admission officers to read applications from our students with an understanding of the Country Day environment. It includes valuable information about academic offerings as well as the accomplishments of our students.
In addition to the school profile, you may also be interested in a recent history of where our students have attended college.
The list below includes the colleges and universities where FWCD students in the Classes of 2005, 2006 and 2007 are currently enrolled.
Historically, 100% of our graduates attend four-year colleges. Fifty-two percent of the members of the Class of 2007 will attend a number of excellent schools in the state of Texas, while 48% will go of state. Occasionally FWCD students will pursue an undergraduate education outside of the United States. This year, one student will enroll in Jesus College at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.
